Sustainable platforms for a sustainable future: Leveraging AGOL to inform biodiversity conservation

ArcGIS Online (AGOL) can apply GIS data relating to global policy frameworks to improve decision-making for a more sustainable future. This presentation will explore the process of building the Spatial Biodiversity Information System of The Bahamas, from conducting the user needs assessment to the platform development to the technical training. This platform supports biodiversity conservation for a sustainable world and is built in a sustainable manner to be managed by local partners.
